Boys to Men Mentoring Hawaiʻi thrives because of the generosity, time, and talents of our community. There are many ways for women and men from the community to support boys as they grow into confident, accountable, and community-minded men. Whether you have a few hours to give, professional skills, or the ability to help guide our organization, your contribution matters.

Volunteer Opportunities

You don’t have to be a mentor to make a difference. Community volunteers help in ways that support programs and events, including:

Event Support & Logistics: Assist with set-up, check-in, food service, transportation, or activity supervision during Adventure Weekends, Rites of Passage Weekends, and special events.
Fundraising & Development: Help organize or support fundraising events, coordinate campaigns, or connect with sponsors to ensure our programs remain free for all boys.
Outreach & Community Engagement: Spread the word about our programs in schools, neighborhood organizations, and online communities. Help recruit mentors, families, or participants.
Board & Advisory Roles: Provide leadership, strategic guidance, and professional expertise to strengthen the organization’s impact and sustainability.
